My First Time - Amy Poehler
SNL's foxy first lady remembers Rush, Nipsey Russell and judging the Cannabis Cup.

FIRST CONCERT I was a freshman in high school when I saw Pat Benatar at the Orpheum in Boston. She rocked a catsuit and a high soprano--I mean, you can't beat that.
FIRST FAVORITE MOVIE Footloose was the first movie I saw more than five times in the theater--I loved the idea that there's always time for dancing. My favorite part is when Kevin Bacon's character finds out there's no dancing in the town and he says, "Jump back!" I also loved how flat-chested Lori Singer's character was.
FIRST RECORD SHE BOUGHT Rush's Signals, because I liked that song "Subdivisions." [Singing] "Sub-DI-visions/in the high school halls/in the shopping malls." Dratch and I still sing it every once in a while since she does a great Geddy Lee.
FIRST BIG GIG When I was in second grade, I had to be a snowflake in a play and I had to recite a little poem. I think it went like this: [Singing] "Sub-DI-visions/in the high school halls..."
FIRST TIME SHE GOT DRUNK Last night, and it was wonderful. I'm going to try drinking more often.
FIRST TIME SHE KNEW SHE WAS FAMOUS When I arrived in Tokyo with Michael Jackson and we got off the plane, he was pushed aside and flowers were lying at my feet. I was like, "This is crazy! I'm with the King of Pop!" And everyone was like, "We don't care, we loved Mean Girls."
FIRST TIME SHE FLEW FIRST CLASS Probably some Upright Citizens Brigade thing. I know that we flew first class when we were judges at the Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam. It was exciting to know that as soon as we got off the plane we'd be able to judge between White Rhino and Electric Cyanide.
FIRST WORDS OF WISDOM When I did Conan O'Brien's show, Nipsey Russell told me that in Hollywood there's one typewriter and a million copy machines.
